Are your rentals clean?
Enjoy Peace of Mind Knowing Our Rentals Are Hand-Cleaned with Quality Disinfectants.
What type of events or parties do you provide rentals for?
We provide rentals for everything. Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event or celebration.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. If you notice this during your rental, please alert us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Unless you have purchased the damage waiver which will waive you from accidental damage that may occur but not including neglect. We don't want you or us to be in a situation which is why we have you sign on all of our safety rules.
When do you set up?
We call you the day before your order to confirm delivery & pick up window, and to make sure someone will be at the event location. Generally we. arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes all orders require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, which is 25% of the total order. However your deposit is transferrable to a new order within 1 year. Please note your rental is not reserved in our system until th 25% deposit is received.
